Laura Chickering Knapp
Laura has the privilege of working with One Nation Film Festival staff, donors, grantors and other funders who champion the cause of independent film and support a community of artists who embody diversity, innovation and uniqueness of vision. She has a passion for connecting individuals with meaningful funding opportunities and experiences. Laura is originally from Greenfield, Massachusetts after moving to Colorado 20 years ago.

Kelsey Comfort
Kelsey's passion for film began by reviewing movies for her high school and college student newspapers. In 2013, she was chosen from thousands of applicants to participate in The American Pavilion's Film Program during the Cannes Film Festival. Academically, her focus has been on film adaptations of William Shakespeare's works.

Urban "Frankie Avalon" Turzi
Urban Turzi is the former Executive Director of One Nation Walking Together. Urban is passionate about the mission of ONWT and and its program the One Nation Film Festival. He is officially retired and now serving as our Sponsorship Coordinator.

Graphic Artist
Kevin Pendergraft
Kevin Pendergraft-Kevin is studying Graphic Design at Pikes Peak Community College. He also works at Criterium Bicycles. He has been with One Nation Walking Together's graphic design intern for the past year, designing posters, handouts, advertisements and more.

Cathy Poral
Cathy been volunteering with the Crested Butte Film Festival for the last few years and has become an active member with the Independent Film Society of Colorado. She has a passion for women's issues, indigenous struggles and the environment. Cathy organized a community screening of a Josh Fox's documentary about climate change, as that film changed her life. She loves how film teaches, inspires and motivates to create change and can be a vehicle bringing awareness for social justice. Cathy is excited to be able to help bring Native/Indigenous peoples struggles' a voice. Cathy is the community health nurse for the Colorado Springs Fire department and a hospice nurse.
